Life After Loss (2019-2021)
This piece represents an ongoing process of grief. Began shortly after a loss in the family, this sculpture is a visual depiction of the scars left behind and the pieces that will always be missing when a loved one is lost. During the creation process, the heart was shot with an arrow from a bow in order to create an authentic and unique break.
